I spent the whole afternoon doing up an Art Blog on Tumblr, and frankly, I'm quite satisfied with the results. :) All the scanning, illustrations/drawing, editing and uploading was done by yours truly! Thankfully Tumblr has some preset themes that was really close to what I had in mind (though not exact), if not I would have died doing all the html from scratch! I was hoping I could get a customized domain, but silly me forgot about the cost, which was about US$10 per year. While that's a reasonable sum of money, I didn't see the point of paying for a domain when I keep switching URLs all the time. I'm just too fickle to settle on one.
I deleted my photojournal and will probably incorporate photojournalism into amessybun. Oh incase you have yet to notice, I illustrated my URL (www.amessybun.blogspot.com) and scanned it as my header image, instead of the galactic image that is way overused (but that doesn't mean I love outerspace any lesser. I still yearn to live there!)
It's so minimalistic right now, I can't take my eyes off it. Hahaha, I think this inspires me to draw/paint a little more, just so I can fill the artblog up. I'm so excited to the extent that I'm quite cool with being unemployed, yknow?
