Accept the love that we aren't given.

Mitran's 24th Birthday!
It's been a month! A really quick and hectic one I must say! Within this 30 odd days, the following happened:

  1. Mitran had a birthday celebration! 24, suckas!
  2. It was the Lunar New Year & I didn't head back to Malaysia to visit my Grandma,
  3. Therefore, I had the chance to bai-nian with the clique & touchies
  4. My Macbook crashed :O
  5. FYP1 submission & presentation - which was pretty horrendous.
And while most of them are merely one day occurrences, the rest of the days were spent infront of the computer, gorging my eyes out while doing my work and rushing for assignments. I swear generating ideas within a specific timeline is such a pain in the butt, and the deadline makes it SO MUCH WORSE. Oh, and that's not even the best part - which is of course the confirmation of your ideas with the lecturers BUT only to have that particular idea picked on during assessment day. Well done, Lynzy. You deserve an award for living through that.

Yes. I just called myself Lynzy. Mitran has affectionately gave me the nickname Lynzy, of which most of the touchies have gladly embraced it. So now, I'm quite reactive towards that nickname. Lynzy, hah.

I don't understand how some people can actually close an eye to all the horrible things that are happening around us. I'm not saying that you should experience them, but you know, at least be aware that such unfortunate events are actually happening around the world - be it on humans, environments or animals, I still think that we should know the severity of them instead of just being happy with our own lives and stuff. I can see where they're coming from, considering the fact that reading about negative stuff has an negative effect on your wellbeing. But still, should we at least know of them, and perhaps do something to alleviate such misfortune for the rest of the world. I mean, I wish I could just turn a blind eye to all these things that are happening, but I can't. I'll read up on them and then proceed to feel so horrible because why are they suffering so badly when we are essentially the same? It's along the Chinese saying of "同人不同命." Which makes me think about how unfair everything in the world is? And I really should not be feeling so horrible over minor issues like being the unlucky in the case of double standards.

Okay, I can see why I shouldn't be reading and thinking of all these things that I do not have control over. I really don't have control over all these. I wish I did, then perhaps I can make everyone live better, and be happier. But I don't. And trust me, I really wish I could make everyone happy.

I should really seize the moment right now.

So anyway, here are the days that I seized the moment (sorta) and really enjoyed it alot. :)

Brought Zumi to school! And everyone was quite excited about it! And that picture with Graffiti Miley licking Huiyu's ass is simply classic. It wasn't even intentional. Pretty much think that I was sent from hell to irritate her even further. HAAHAHA <3

Check out my chubs face. I need to climb some mountains.

Before meeting Mitran on one of those random dandy days, Ryan had some minor craving for meesua, but the queue was just too much. So we ended up driving to geylang serai and had some good malay food. It was awesome. Then we walked a little at Joo Chiat Complex to aid food digestion and saw this, which totally reminded us of our Moroccan babe Suz, WHO IS COMING BACK IN AWHILE! Shut up, stop having so much fun without us and get yo butt right back at here.

This is her future family portrait, btw.

Mitran's 24th! His family threw him a party and all of us were invited. Probably the last birthday before he leaves for Taz. Brought Zumi there too!! AND Harith went like "this is a good camera to take upskirt photos." Thanks dude, I can never look at Zumi the same way again.

Lunar New Year with these other bunch of kids. We tried to replicate this stupid pose we had a couple years back, sans ZR with Amanda replacing him temporarily. And it's damn hilarious! HAHAHA. Look at my hair! I look like a Butch. But now I think I look like butcher selling meat.

The first dog's called Milky, btw. It's Mathew's. Apparently it likes humping KJ and I refused to believe anything the boys said because I was like "Whaaaat. Milky doesn't do that." But I saw it, LIVE, on the day itself and my image of Milky has henceforth been tarnished. Milky, why?

And the second dog's called Doudou aka Bean. Wifey & I have affectionately named it deaf dog because it doesn't respond to its name like how Milky would. And it's a cutie with an attitude. Belongs to Junhong! Thankfully she doesn't hump around.

The group, featuring girlfriends of the boys except for Mathew, Junhong and TPT (Those without a girl by their side). Leave a comment if you're interested in any! LOL.
Jannie has me and I have Jannie.

So yep, this is it! Tutorial week is coming up next week and I can't wait to head out and have some fun - good fun and probably just one day of bad fun. I'm just hoping that my passport can arrive a little earlier just so that I can head to Batam with the Bangclub for some good ol' massage. My body swears it needs one.

Till then, hopefully everyone seizes their moments in life as well. It's not like as if such moments are easy to come by with an awesome group of company!

(totally just came up with that a few weeks back. Lame brain I have)
